This network upgrade introduces support for IBC Client Recovery (MsgRecoverClient), enabling governance to revive expired IBC clients without creating new channels. It also includes core improvements to provider onboarding, subscriber management, and network visibility. Validators must upgrade their binaries to version 1.0.15 before the scheduled halt height. Cosmovisor is recommended to ensure a smooth transition and minimize downtime.
