This proposal schedules a software upgrade that adds the IBC core “channel” functionality to Arkeo, enabling an initial connection with Osmosis. The chain will halt at block 483 000, expected ≈ 2025-05-05 16:00 UTC. Validators must stop their nodes at the halt height and restart with the v1.0.12 binary to resume consensus.
