The proposal for Giantkin's Moderation Workstream Proposal was misconfigured and did not draw from the community pool. This proposal is a fix for that- allowing the funds to be transferred as they should have been. As the previous proposal 22 did pass, let's do the same here and get this fixed. Thank you!
